Director, Sales & Marketing

Amy Sink is the Director of Sales and Marketing at Fulcrum Strategies. Amy graduated from North Carolina State University with honors, earning a B.A. in Communication (Public Relations concentration) and minors in both Journalism and Nonprofit Studies. During her undergraduate career, Amy held several leadership positions including serving as president of two student organizations. Amy served as Arch Regent of the Golden Chain Society, which is the highest honor bestowed upon the top twelve rising seniors at NC State University, and President of Real Choices, a student group aimed at connecting student moms with resources on campus. Additionally, Amy graduated from the Student Bridges Leadership Program, a semester-long leadership workshop series for exceptional female upper-classmen at NC State University. Amy's background is in news media, marketing, public relations, journalism and nonprofits. During her time at NC State, she completed three internships at NBC-17 news station as well as one internship with the National MS Society's Eastern North Carolina Chapter.

Amy manages the Sales and Marketing division at Fulcrum Strategies. Upon joining Fulcrum in 2009, Amy helped to develop the Physician Outreach Program. This program provides specialty physicians with a cost-effective way to directly market to referring physician groups in the community. This innovative approach to physician marketing was well-received by Fulcrum’s first outreach client, Raleigh Neurology Associates, and the program has become a very successful endeavor. Amy also helped to jumpstart the Practice Marketing and Social Media services offered by Fulcrum Strategies. Amy enjoys working with her team to create effective, eye-catching marketing materials and assisting practices with building and maintaining positive referral relationships through the Physician Outreach Program.

Amy was selected to serve on the Board of Directors of the NC State Communication Alumni Society and has been a member of their leadership team since 2012. Amy and her husband, Aaron, welcomed their first son, Teague, on June 20, 2015.
